Course catalog - Searching Without Keywords/Course Title

Summary:

Has anyone found a way of showing learners what courses are available to take without the learner knowing exactly what to search within the course catalog? We would ideally like to keep the solution within Learning (i.e. not an excel/word document housed outside of learning). Any suggestions would be appreciated!
