Purchase Order Approval at Serial & Parallel First Responder Wins in the same stage one after other

Summary:

We need to route the Purchase Order Approval at PreApproval Header Stage in both Serial and Parallel First Responder Wins stages one after the other.

Content (required):

Currently the PO Approval is getting assigned to both the Approvers at the Serial and Parallel First Responder Wins stages at the same time which we do not want to happen in that way.

We want the PO to be assigned only to the Serial Approvers first and after it is approved at this stage it should then go to the Approvers defined in the Parallel First Responder Wins Stage.
