Notification not getting triggered while manually filling a requisition

Summary: I am not able to receive the status notification once i manually fill the job requisition as the recruiter

Content (required):

I was checking the different options involved while manually filling a requisition. As per the User Guide , ·"When the fill action is complete, you will receive a notification containing info about the number of job applications that were processed for each of theses statuses:

Succeeded: Job applications that were successfully processed.

Failed: Job applications that weren't successfully processed.

Skipped: Job applications that didn't need to be processed."

After manually filling the requisition, i do receive a notification as the recruiter that the requisition is filled but not with these above statuses. HAs any one encountered it? or kindly let me know if my understanding isnt correct here.
