Adding report to the Review Page in OTL

Hello Everyone,

I have added a hyperlink on the Review page in OTL to open a OTBI report which works great, however I need to pass the person number and timecard period. How do I pass those? Do you put them into the destination URL using tokens like &Person_Number, etc?

We would ideally like to modify the export 'report' that appears but we are unsure how you get that and customize it to our needs, so we are hoping this report would suffice. I have uploaded a few pics of what we have completed so far.
