    Auto Approve ESS transactions if requestor is only approver

    Summary:

    Is it possible to build an HCM approval rule, for personal info changes for example, where the approval step and fyi step is skipped if the ONLY approver is the requestor?

    Content (required):

    We have deployed HCM to many countries and have a standardised set of approval rules. ESS changes generally send an approval request to an HR Admin identified by an AOR for their country. In some small countries there is only one user who is the HR Admin. If that user makes an ESS change then we would like it to auto approve and not send a request for approval to them.
