California meal break penalty rule

Hi All,

How are you handling California meal break rule in Oracle Fusion. If someone can enlighten on the option to use time attestations to implement this rule in Timecard, that would be of great help.

We want question to popup for users to attest if they have taken meal break during the day. If not, the second question would be asking about the reason. If it is due to business reason, 1 unit of meal penalty should get added to the time entries.
