How do we form a connection between PowerApps and ADW?

We are receiving TNS connection errors when forming a connection to ADW

We have a requirement to create a connection between Azure PowerApps and ADW. We've been able to create a connection between PowerBI and ADW, however, we are running into TNS Resolution errors when creating the PowerApps connection.
