Retroactive Price Adjustment Transactions Are Being Created , However no procie changed

After i create accounting and check excution report, i have found some transactions with errors, the error is to configure the mapping set for transactions under event class ( Retroactive Price Adjustment ), actually i dod not know why this event generated as i do not have any price change.

My PO Details :

- Destination : Expense

- Accrue on receipt : yes
