How we can manage a Change Order (ABO) with an External Front End and Siebel for Customer/Asset Data

Summary:

We will use Oracle CPQ as Catalog and Transaction Manager, it's in the middle between an external Front End and Siebel, which is used for Customer, Agreement and Asset database. CPQ can't have all the assets, they will be managed with Siebel.

We need to manage the change orders through the Front end with the CPQ Rest APIs, so we have to create the "old" asset on CPQ, give the ability to the Front end to modify the asset with Rest APIs, and then CPQ sends the order with the old and new modified asset to Siebel to fulfill it.
