How to implement hot/cold evaluations?
Our client has a requirement for a very specific type of evaluation they call hot/cold evaluation, the model is similar to Kirkpatrick.
The hot evaluation is manageable - we implement assessment/evaluation after the training.
The cold evaluation is more complex - there are 2 scenarios:
- The learner receives another evaluation after X months - this is manageable by assigning, via initiative, another course containing the evaluation
- The manager of the learner receives evaluation after X months to evaluate if the training is effective - we have not implemented this successfully because following the approach for scenario 1, because the learning analysis report only accepts Person Number
