Attestation question is not displaying when trying to create timecard through responsive UI.

Content (required):

Hello All,

Created questionnaire based on questionnaire template and added questions to the questionnaire. The questionnaire has been attached to the Time Attestation Set and hence, attached the Attestation Set to TEP. Is anything missing, due to which question is not displayed while creating timecard?

Please note that the questionnaire is created under Time and Labor subscriber.
