How to configure two different questionnaires as onboarding tasks basing on a flexfield value

Summary:

How to configure two different questionnaires as onboarding tasks basing on a flexfield value

Content (required):

Hi,

We would like to configure two onboarding tasks endowed with the following features: Task type: Questionnaire; Performer: Line Manager; Task trigger action: Hire.

Furthermore our aim is the following one: we would like that only one of the two tasks is sent to the performer and the forwarding criterion of one of the two questionnaires is linked to the value associated with a descriptive flexfield (DFF code: PER_ASG_DFF) filled in during the Offer phase.

Namely if, for instance, in the Offer phase the aforementioned flexfield (whose value set is a Lookup) is filled in with a specific value then when the Hiring action is performed, a questionnaire is sent to the Line Manager as onboarding task, while if the DFF is filled in with a different value, then the other questionnaire is sent to the Line Manager.

Howdy, Stranger!
