Workflow criteria -US employee home state - FYI notification to generic mailbox

Summary:

Hi All,

We are looking for a workflow rule criteria based on US employee home state codes and trigger FYI notification to specific mailbox (email address) that does not exist in Fusion. Please advise on this.

I am unable to find the Payload attribute for US employee home address state

US employee Home state codes e.g- CA,TX etc

and i have created a dummy user account with mailbox email id and added user name in the approval rule . The task is appearing in BPM but the FYI notification is not triggering any notification to generic mailbox email ID.
