How do we design action links to navigate to a web page related to that record in HCM?

Summary: I would like to be be able to create Action Links in Oracle BI Analysis reports that allow the user to click and then be taken to the record that is being reported upon.


Content (required): For example if the report is on Help Desk Service Requests, click a link to open up that Service Request. Or a Person Number to open up the Person detail page, or click on an Assignment Number to open up that employee's Assignment detail page.
