How to change Comments field label for single Quick Action?

Summary:

Hello,

We have a requirement to change the Comments label under Comments and Attachments to 'Comments (Business Justification)' for the Request New Position/Create Position quick action only. Attempted to achieve this using the below EL, but it is not working.

#{pageFlowScope.positionResponsiveParamMap.POS_UI_MODE eq 'POS_EDIT' ? 'Comments' : 'Comments (Business Justification)'}

Using the above EL not only changes the Comments label to ‘Comments (Business Justification)’ on both the Request Position Change and Request New Position pages, it changes the field label on all pages, even non-position related transactions.

Any suggestions on how/what to correct would be appreciated. Thank you!
