The MSS/ESS transaction hold during payroll processing.
Summary:
Beginning Friday, October 8th, all manager and employee self-service transactions submitted and approved through Oracle HCM Cloud after 11am PST will be placed on hold until the following Tuesday at 6pm PST.
If any transactions or Held changes will be reflected in Oracle HCM Cloud once payroll has completed processing on Tuesday after 6pm.
So to confirm the successful transition, the transaction must be completely approved through HR Connect prior to 11am PST on the Friday before pay day. Any unapproved transactions will be released after payroll processing and will be reflected on the next paycheck.
