Why the label of the Legal Employer in Add Contingent Worker is "Legal Employer"

Summary:

Hello,

Our client questioned the label of the legal employer when we had a demo of adding a contingent worker in the system.

Technically and legally, the company is not the legal employer of the contingent worker.

Does anyone has the same issue? If yes, was there an ER logged with Oracle to Correct this? May i know the ER number please?

Also, what is the new label for the legal employer
