PBCS Access Set Up Timing

Summary: Any thoughts on Oracle's timing around adding user to environment


Content (required): We have a user who has access to epm6 in a certain domain. He is planning User. In My Services, I added epm2 to his profile in that same domain. Any thoughts on how long it takes for him to show up in the Manage Users section of epm2? Its been about 30 minutes and I have yet to see user in the Manage Users section.
