How do user approve or reject a New Item Request (NIR) not from notification or email?

Business user needs to review all the item details in the New Item Request. On the Manage New Item Request page, is there a way for approver to have the action to click on approve or reject directly?

We know users can click on the notification bell to click on approve or reject however there might be a lot of notifications for NIR approvals so user wants a way to be on the Manage New Item Request page for a particular request, and click on approve or reject after reviewing the details.
