Account provisioned and disabled in the same day.

Summary:

My OCI Account was provisioned and disabled the same day. I don't know why.

Content (required):

My cloud account was full provisioned on Tue 28-09-2021 12:00 AM IST.  On the same day (Tue 28-09-2021 13:09 PM IST) I received an email stating that "Your Oracle Cloud Free Trial expires in 3 days" . On the same day (Tue 28-09-2021 22:38 PM IST) , i received an email again saying that "Your Oracle Cloud account has been disabled." . Again on the same day Tue 28-09-2021 22:54 PM IST , I received another email stating that "Your Oracle Cloud Free Trial has expired" . I am struggling to understand why my account was provisioned and disabled within 12 hours.
