Unable to lock 'In Progress' absence records

Hi Experts,

Requirement: Customer does not want the employees to modify or cancel the absence records if it is in 'In Progress' status. In other words, Employees should not modify or delete the absences which are already started.

How can we achieve this is standard Fusion HCM?
