Oracle Integration-Bulk load into Oracle ATP OR Oracle ADW does not work with Agent based connection

I have been looking into this new feature introduced in May 2021 and we have a number of use cases for it.

However, we are not able to utilise it since it only works with non-agent based connections.

All our connections are either on-premise or behind private network in the cloud.

What I do not understand though is if the bulk operation involves exchange of information between object store ( used as landing area according to documentation ) and ATP which are in the same network, then why do we have the agent limitation.
