Need to pay out PTO to employee's on Leave and still benefits eligible

Summary: Client has 10-15 EEs each year who exhaust FMLA, but are still receiving STD pay through cloud payroll and eligible for Benefits, but not PTO. Need to be able to payout PTO and keep EE on Active benefits.


Content (required): Client has 10-15 EEs each year who exhaust FMLA, but are still receiving STD pay through cloud payroll and eligible for Benefits, but not PTO. Need to be able to payout PTO and keep EE on Active benefits.

Current Assignment record: Assignment status -Active Payroll eligible because STD is paid through payroll. Assignment Category - Staff benefits Eligible because the have to remain benefit eligible.
