EPM Automate not completing execution before running next in Powershell

After the latest EPM Automate upgrade, we noticed that our executables are no longer waiting to finish it's executable before going to the next one. Has anyone experienced this yet?

Current powershell scripts with EPM Automate tasks are no longer waiting to finish its task before it goes to the next task. For instance, our data loading process loads data to Data Manager but before it finishes its data validation, it goes and runs the data clear script business rule (next task in Powershell). This didn't happen until we upgraded our EPM Automate executable which was yesterday morning.
