View Formatted CLOB Text in BI Report Excel Template

Summary:

We are trying to fetch a formatted CLOB Data in an Excel template. However, the report is fetching HTML tags in the Excel cell . We tried the solution given in 'Fusion Applications : How To Remove HTML Tags In BI Publisher Report (Doc ID 1953480.1)' document, however the document still shows HTML tags and not formatted content as visible on application.

Has anyone been able to fetch formatted CLOB data in Excel template?
