An useful 2nd pass

Resume parsing, blocks and the 2nd pass

On initial application, the candidate uses resume parser but the work experience, education and certs blocks are not displayed. When looking at the candidate record on the app, they are not showing either. When we send out the request for more info that contains the work experience, edu and cert blocks, nothing is populated. Implementation guide for states that unlike Taleo, if the blocks are not showing then the data will not get parsed. But if you hide a field in the block it will get parsed.

Comes down to this: we want them to parse their resume on the initial application but not have to look at the fields on the app flow. We still expect to see those fields populated from the parsing on the candidate record and show on the 2nd pass. In Taleo, we could have a hidden career section with it own flow and required fields that we could direct an applicant to but that doesn't seem possible in ORC.
