Currently Union related fields are not visible on employment page unless we click on edit button

Hi Everyone,

Currently when we are searching an employee via Person Management page, in the manage employment page we are not able to see the Union fields as soon as we opened employment page for any person but when we hit edit button and select correct/update then Unions fields are being visible. so now we want these Union Member, Union Name, Bargaining Unit and Collective Agreement fields to show up as soon as we open manage employment page for any person without hitting edit button. May I know how to achieve this in HCM cloud ?
