How do I block Adjusted Shipments Forecast in the past?

Summary:

Seeded measure Shipments History and Projection, takes the Shipments History, or if null, the Final Shipments Forecast. The issue I have is that the Adjusted Shipments Forecast is showing for past months and being included in the Shipments History.
