How to use one or the other parameter in a SQL query
Summary:
I have a query that I built that is supposed to either pull in the list of terminated employees based on the date range entered OR a list of terminated employees that have been changed based on the last change date requirement
Content (required):
The users only use one or the other condition for Change Between or Termination Date Between
I have built my query but find that it keeps dropping people when using the Change Between Date range
I would like to have the query use either of the above parameters but apparently I have missed something in the logic. Is there a where to use one or the other?
