Pay Amounts not Matching after Assignment Change

Summary:

Worker changed assignments, has new grade, step and rate.

This shows correctly in Person Management:

Shows the correct Grade and Step in Change Salary

However, in Salary History/Change Salary, the Grade and Step are correct, but the amount shows the old rate (which is a different grade ladder altogether)

Any ideas?
