SQl query for fetching data to enter GL Cost Center details at department level using HDL

Hi everyone
I need help to define the SQL query in a data model to fetch the information for the following Metadata-line to be used in HDL:
METADATA|OrgInformation|FLEX:PER_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_EFF|EFF_CATEGORY_CODE|recordIdentifier(PER_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_EFF=PER_GL_COST_CENTER_INFO)|_COMPANY_VALUESET(PER_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_EFF=PER_GL_COST_CENTER_INFO)|OrganizationId|_COMPANY(PER_ORGANIZATION_INFORMATION_EFF=PER_GL_COST_CENTER_INFO)|EffectiveStartDate|EffectiveEndDate|ClassificationCode
Currently, I have the following SQL that does not work. I know I´m missing the right queries for the EFF´s in the MERGE part of the SQL, but I can't figure out the right ones. Hope anyone can provide some help with it.
