Enable courses for refresh (P2T)

Hello,

If we want to enable some courses for refresh (to copy over to our Test environment when we have a P2T), do we need to run the Scheduled Process 'Reconcile Rich Media Post Enrivornment Refresh' before the P2T has taken place or when is the best time to be running this process?
