Demand Shock Causal Decomposition is not considered while forecasting

Summary:

In order to consider Covid pandemic impact on the historical demand and forecast, we have created Demand Shock causals and loaded the data. We also configured the forecasting parameters, methods and loaded causal data. But after plan run we are not able to see any impact on Demand Shock Decomposition.
