DocuSign Integration - adding signature blocks

Summary:

I have been able to successfully connect and integrate DocuSign with contracts. However, I'm unclear how to actually get the signature blocks on the contract? Do I need to explicitly tie a DocuSign template to the contract type or do I have to put something in the contract clause? There is very little documentation out there on how exactly to do this so any information anyone can provide would be appreciated.
