Advice about notifications?
I have roughly 5500 users, we work in retail - so we deal with about 200% industry standard yearly turnover. I am the only LMS admin and have been since our purchase of Learn in 2013. From 2013 - late 2018 we had a generic welcome1 password for every user. That had it's own issues but I rarely had to help someone login. But with BOOMI middleware expiration we implemented a system generated password that is emailed to each user. There is no workaround for that, I have been through every SR I possibly can
