Create New Quick Action - Similar to Change Assignment
I need to create a new quick action that will be very similar to Change Assignment quick action.
This quick action should contain the tabs:
when and why, Assignment, Comments and Attachments
Inside the Assignment tab, I need to have the Assignment Status field
How can I set from scratch a quick action like this? I attached here a screenshot of something I tried to set but I wasn't sure what to fill in, on the marked fields
I think it will be best if I can edit and design it in the studio, but as far as I saw In the studio I can find only oracles regular quick actions and not new one u create by yourself
