Hello All,
I will appreciate your support on the following issue:
As per Doc ID 1427524.1 (Answer 2), employees can manage their own notification preferences: Employee with email alaa.hadi@yopmail.com does not want to receive email notifications: After configuring Condition and Action in Messaging Filter (Refer to screenshot), the employee still receives emails. It is accessed from: Click on the Bell - Show All - Worklist - Preferences - Notifications tab
Do you have an idea why the configuration is Messaging Filters not taken in consideration?
