LOV's are not being populated in Timecard

Summary:

Hello Everyone

I have an issue in Time Entry , as the user (ESS) is not able to view the LOV's of Assignment number/Project Name/Task/Time Type in the time card.

But T&L Manager could able to see the LOV's while accessing Team Timecards.

Please suggest , thanks in advance for your help.
