Schedule and Monitor Absence processes not showing any absence data?

Summary:

Hello! I want to know how can we configure Schedule and Monitor Absence processes.

Like when I run Evaluate Absence process, after selecting the Person when I select the Plan type it does not show any absence record for which I want to run the process.
