Parental Leave setup for Netherlands Legislation
We'd like to set up Parental Leave for NL legislation
We want to improve our setup so that balances that are available for workers that take parental leave are assigned based on a single HR approval and the rest of the approval is routed through the line manager.
I found some Oracle documentation, but I am having a hard time to set it up in a way we would like. I figured there must be more Dutch companies using Oracle HCM, so why reinvent the wheel..
