Employee applies for IJP while spooling the data or consideration of application for the said post HR would require preformance ratings Trend of the employee for evaluation & consideration of application. One will also be able to anaylse the growth of the employee within the organisation.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Employee applies for higher position after certain years but we do not have sucession planning for all employees and it becomes difficult to figure out the trend as the spider chart shows the latest ratings of the employee. The trend will help HR evalute the competency & commitment of an employee.
