Summary:

I am trying to create a analysis using the subject are - "Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time". The user has administrator access and role to view all job requisitions.

Now I started creating a report and added requisition# and requisition title and ran the report and I got the details of all the requisitions:


Now I am trying to add the hiring manager and as soon as I do that the rows just gets fixed to 5 rows and not all requisitions are displayed. The same thing is happening when I add job/grade/designation:


Any idea why is this happening?
