Quick Action Employee Search has no results

Summary:

Hi,

I have created a new custom role with access to the Additional Person Info Quick action, along with person management. If I use Person Management I can search all users with my data role and navigate to person extra information. When I use the RUI Additional Person Info quick action the search does not display any employees in results even though it is working with the same user in classic UI Screens. Am I missing a privilege/ data security policy?
