How to turn on mobile responsive pages for HCM

Hi ,

I need to know if we have a white paper on how to turn on mobile responsive pages in HCM Cloud.Do we have some Oracle documentation which has all the required administrator values listed to turn them on.Right now I am looking in my instance where when I click on Hire an employee under quick actions it takes me to the classic UI page.I need to know which all modules are mobile responsive and what needs to be done to turn it on.
