Arrears report with Current Deduction And Total Arrears

Summary: Hi, I am trying to create a report that will show current deduction taken for Med, Dental, Vision Arrears along with how much the total is and if the full amount was unable to be taken. It would look like this:

I am able to get the current arrear but when I try to add in the other columns is where I am struggling. Our payroll team needs to be able to run this ad hoc and with a prompt for process date. Does anyone have any experience creating a report like this in OTBI? If so, please help!
