QTD Dynamic Time Series is pulling YTD numbers for Accounts set to Flow

QTD Dynamic Time Series for Accounts set to Flow pulls YTD instead

YTD DTS still works as expected, but QTD is pulling the same numbers as YTD. For example, September QTD results in the same number as September YTD.

Our Period dimension is the typical YearTotal -> Quarters -> Periods, so the Generation assigned to QTD and YTD are 3 and 2, respectively. Even if I change the Generation assignments, it still does not work properly. Any idea why? Not sure if this is a known issue or not.
