How do you add a supervisor to a worker using HSDL?

Currently unable to assign supervisor to newly created workers with HSDL. Can anyone provide an example template?

Can anyone provide an HSDL template or instructions that will allow me to assign a supervisor to a worker?

All I need to do is assign an already existing supervisor to a worker that has no supervisor currently.

Have only been able to find HDL solutions so far and cannot get HSDL to work.
