Can Oracle Data Integration Connect directly to File system?

Summary:

We're replacing our current ETL tool (alteryx) and looking into various options. Our current solution picks up files from both zfs and an nfs file system, performs a transformation/validation, and loads into database tables.

Content (required):

Is this type of functionality possible with the cloud Data Integration tool? We see various Data Asset types that can be connected to including ADW (which is our DB solution), but File system connections do not appear, other than object storage, which does not have a user friendly front end for file management by our ops team.
