User-Defined Criteria Lookup LOV

I am trying to create criteria based on a DFF created at the assignment level. It is a month LOV used to determine the Performance Month of a worker. The DFF works fine:

However, I cannot see the same in the lookup in User-Defined Criteria:

Any idea how to add something there?
