How to report on position changes?
Summary:
I work for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and we are in the process of modernizing to Oracle HCM Cloud. We have asked our ERP vendor to create a report to capture position changes. They are recommending a report ran through the Data Exchange -> Submit a Flow area of HCM. Is this the usual way to capture this type of request?
Content (required):
Current state, we have a report that generates showing all changes to an employee's position, including, assignment status, fte, department, etc. The current state report lists their data prior to the change along with their data post change in the same row.
